"We were SOO excited about these curtains, we purchased 4 sets, each slightly different, but each with the beautiful arch pattern, so that they'd call to each other from room to room in our house. Upon receiving them, we have been utterly disappointed. The white background is grey, caused by over-bluing the white fabric to guard against sun staining. The fabric is cheap and damaged by the adhesive on the misplaced sticker holding the wrapping together, and in other spots, simply visibly dirty. Finally, the sublimation on one set just looks sooo sub par. Time to replace the ink? No worries, you can return them, right? So far - no such luck. We responded within the day of receiving them to request return instructions. We provided our order number and details of why we couldn't keep them. We never heard back, so emailed again. This time we received a response, which requested that we submit photos. . . but why? This requirement isn't listed on the webpage. . . So we've submitted photos and now we wait. Hoping to receive return instructions and a refund. There are so many rad companies out there connecting customers to artist and reasonably affordable goods. This just doesn't appear to be one of them."
